Greetings brothers and sisters at College Park CME, I pray this letter finds you all healthy, and that the peace of God resides in your hearts abundantly. First and foremost, I want to thank you for all you've done. It was truly a blessing, and just knowing you all still love and care for me after all these years of being away warms my heart. I also want to thank you for all the prayers. I definitely need as much prayer as possible...
Hopefully, sooner than later I'll be in attendance at church with you all. But until then please keep me in your prayers as you'll be in mine...
Dear Rev. Lee and Congregation:
We greet you in the wonderful name of our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ! Our Prayer is that you prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers
(3 John 1:2).
I want to convey my personal thanks to you for your generosity and support of the many families who suffered varying degrees of loss in the recent flood. The flood waters have come and gone, and the rebuilding phase is slowly moving toward restoration. This time has been difficult for us; however, the outpouring of love from friends like you has strengthened our resolve to stand in confident faith as we navigate the winding path to recovery. God in his infinite wisdom, placed you in our lives, and for that we are truly grateful.
Please know that your very kind donation made an immediate difference in the lives of those of us affected by the flood and we want you to know how much it was appreciated. We are very blessed to count you as a friend.
Again, thank you and God bless and keep you and give you peace.
In the Bond of Service,
